About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Based on part two of Item 2 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2023 "About taking measures in the field of pricing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 171
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. to exclude Item 8.8-3 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548,;
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2022 No. 713 "About system of price regulation":
in paragraph one of part one of Item 2 of the word "and 48-58" shall be replaced with words ", 48-58, 64 and 65";
in Item 2-1:
in part one:
shall be replaced with words the words "and 48-58" ", 48-58, 64 and 65";
after the word "increase" to add part with the words "within the marginal maximum prices established according to Item 7 of this resolution";
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "and 48-58" ", 48-58, 64 and 65";
in Item 3:
to exclude from subitem 3.8 of the word "and Item 11 parts five";
in part one of subitem 3.9 of the word "and 48-58" shall be replaced with words ", 48-58, 64 and 65";
in Item 4-2 of the word "Item 2" shall be replaced with words "Items 2 and 2-1";
to state paragraphs of the first and second part three of Item 9 in the following edition:
