Provision to Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation of information on primary issue or replacement of the identity document of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation, is performed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia by means of use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction according to technical requirements to interaction of information systems in single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction <1>.
