1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for forming and use of Stabilization fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 5, 2025 No. 252 the following change:
according to the procedure of forming and use of Stabilization fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-named Decree:
- the offer second of Item 17 to state in the following edition: "By results of consideration of the address and in case of approval, the subject initiating assignment from Stabilization fund prepares the draft decision of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and brings in Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
