About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2022 No. 571
Based on Item 7 of article 41 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2022 "About public service" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 175-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2022 No. 571 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2022 No. 175-Z "About public service" the following changes:
"Articles 32," to add preamble after words with words "Item 7 of Article 41,";
add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The regulations on carrying out certification of the government civil servants (are applied).";
add the resolution with Regulations on carrying out certification of the government civil servants it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2022 No. 563 "About approval of the Regulations on carrying out certification of the government civil servants".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
