1. Approve:
The regulations on carrying out tender on occupation of the state civil position (are applied);
The regulations on procedure, conditions and the size of monetary compensation of expenses on hiring of premises (are applied);
The regulations on carrying out certification of the government civil servants (are applied).
2. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2022.
