RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z

1. Approve:

the regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 1.3.2 "Receipt of the conclusion about confirmation of the fact of implementation by the air vehicle of foreign carrier of the international flight and (or) international airborne transportation, and also quantity and cost of the realized bunker fuel" (are attached);

the regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.14.11 "Consideration and approval of town-planning projects and the project documentation of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone", approval of construction of its objects" (are attached);

the regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.18.1 "Approval of construction, reconstruction, repair, restoration, improvement, demolition of constructions on aerodrome environs of airfield of civil aviation and around arrangement of radio engineering means of ensuring of flights" (are attached).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

2. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of March 22, 2022 No. 15 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure";

the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of March 22, 2022 No. 16 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure";

the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of March 25, 2022 No. 41 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure";

the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2025 No. 64 "About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus".

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. Features of implementation of ministerial procedure:

1.1. the name of authorized body (jurisdiction of ministerial procedure) – Department on aircraft of the Ministry of Transport and Communications;

1.2. the regulatory legal acts, the international agreements of the Republic of Belarus, the international legal acts containing the obligations of the Republic of Belarus regulating procedure of ministerial procedure:

The law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures";

Tax code of the Republic of Belarus;

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing";

the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2013 No. 39 "About form of the conclusion confirming realization of bunker fuel".

2. The documents and (or) data necessary for implementation of ministerial procedure represented by the interested person:

the documents confirming filling of the foreign air vehicle with bunker fuel	copies
