About approval of the Procedure of departmental registration and accounting of large-capacity and other technological vehicles
(Extraction)

According to article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure of departmental registration and accounting of large-capacity and other technological vehicles which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs technical completion of the Unified state register of vehicles for accounting of the large-capacity and other technological vehicles registered, re-registered, temporarily registered, struck off the register.

Determine that before completion of completion of the Unified state register of vehicles the registration actions provided by the Procedure approved by this resolution, and also accounting of the large-capacity and other technological vehicles registered, re-registered, temporarily registered, struck off the register are performed by territorial authorities on provision of services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs without use of means of the Unified state register of vehicles in paper form.

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 1992 No. 47 "About approval of samples of the registration certificate of the machine, the coupon of temporary accounting of the machine, the registration certificate of the large-capacity vehicle or other technological vehicle, the technical coupon of the vehicle of Armed Forces, forms and the technical description on forms of the technical coupon of the vehicle of National guard, the State Border Service, Public special service of transport, Public service of special communication and information security, Operational rescue service of civil protection, national police, Security, Management of the state protection" (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, No. 3, Art. 57; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 54, Art. 3346; 2023, No. 78, Art. 4425, No. 94, Art. 5560; 2024, No. 2, Art. 42):

1) to add the list with Item 14-1 of the following content:

"14-1. Departmental registration, re-registration, temporary registration, removal from accounting of large-capacity and other technological vehicles with issue of the registration certificate and assignment of alphanumeric combination of number boards with their issue or without that 350";

2) in Item 38 of the word to "safety requirements of traffic, regulations and standards" shall be replaced with words to "safety requirements of traffic and regulations";
