According to the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 05, 2011 No. 547 "Question of ensuring with executive bodies of access to public information", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2011 No. 583 "Question of accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "On access to public information" in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, central and local executive bodies", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Procedure for creation, representation and processing of requests for information which manager is Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport and its territorial authorities;

2) form for giving of request for information.

2. declare invalid the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of March 3, 2017 No. 84 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and representation of requests for information which manager is Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport, and forms for representation of such requests", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2017 at No. 413/30281.

3. To provide to department of technical regulation on transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. To provide to the sector of external communications placement of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Konstantin Kovalchuk.

Procedure for creation, representation and study of requests for information which manager is Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport and its territorial authorities

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of representation, registration and consideration of requests for information (further - requests) from physical, legal entities, public associations without the status of the legal entity (further - requesting information) which manager is Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport and its territorial authorities.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the values given in the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information" (further - the Law), the Regulations on system of accounting of public information approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2011 No. 1277.

3. Action of this Procedure does not extend to the relations on receipt of information by subjects of powers of authority when implementing of the functions by them, and also to the relations in the field of addresses of citizens which are regulated by the special law.

4. The Ukrtransbezopasnost, its territorial authorities are manager of the public information reflected and documented by all means and on any carriers which was received or created in the course of implementation of Ukrtransbezopasnostyyu, its territorial authorities of the powers, stipulated by the legislation or which is in their ownership.

II. Giving and registration of requests
