1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of marking of caviar of sturgeon species of fish for trade in the internal and external markets according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) brand form for trade in caviar of sturgeon species of fish in the foreign market according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders according to the list according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To provide to committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of marking of caviar of sturgeon species of fish for trade in the internal and external markets

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of marking of caviar of sturgeon species of fish in the internal and external markets (further - Rules) are developed for trade according to the subitem 14) of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" (further – the Law), the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" (further - the Law on the state services) and determine procedure for marking of caviar of sturgeon species of fish for trade in the internal and external markets.

2. In Rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) authorized body in the field of fishery (further – authorized body) – the central executive body performing management in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fish resources and other water animals and also within the powers cross-industry coordination;
