In compliance the subitem 1) Item 2 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About aquaculture", the subitem 1) article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" and the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of subsidizing of increase in productivity and product quality of aquaculture, and also development of breeding fish breeding.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 24, 2022 No. 180 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of increase in productivity and product quality of aquaculture (fish breeding), and also development of breeding fish breeding" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 28188).
3. To provide to committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
