2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.

1. The republican public institution "Committee of telecommunications of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Committee) is the department of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) performing realizable and control functions, and also participating in accomplishment of regulating and strategic functions of the Ministry in the field of communication.
