1. Approve sanitary standards and the rules "Sanitary and Epidemiologic Requirements to Content and Operation of Apartment Houses" (are applied).
2. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of August 20, 2015 No. 95 "About approval of Sanitary standards, rules and hygienic standard rates "Requirement to the device, the equipment and content of apartment houses", recognition No. which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2009 95, of November 13, 2009 No. 122, of December 18, 2010 No. 169 and modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2009 No. 17";
the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 11, 2017 No. 29 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of August 20, 2015 No. 95".
3. This resolution becomes effective since May 1, 2026.
