2. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2009 No. 95 "About approval of Sanitary standards, rules and hygienic standard rates "Hygienic requirements to the device, the equipment and content of apartment houses" and recognition No. 92 which voided resolutions of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus of August 1, 2006";

the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2009 No. 122 "About modification and amendments in Sanitary standards, rules and hygienic standard rates "Hygienic requirements to the device, the equipment and content of apartment houses";

the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2010 No. 169 "About modification of Sanitary standards, rules and hygienic standard rates the "Hygienic requirements to the device, the equipment and content of apartment houses" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2009 No. 95".

3. "Hygienic requirements to the device, the equipment and content of the hairdressing salons" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2009 No. 17, to state Item 10 of Sanitary standards, rules and hygienic standard rates in the following edition:

"10. In apartment houses hairdressing salons with a settlement area up to 300 sq.m are placed on the first floor of the building on condition of availability of the separate entrance for clients isolated from entrance for residents of this building.".

4. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.

Sanitary standards, rules and hygienic standard rates "Requirement to the device, equipment and content of apartment houses"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These Sanitary standards, rules and hygienic standard rates "Requirements to the device, the equipment and content of apartment houses" (further - these Sanitary standards and rules) establish sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to placement, the equipment, content of apartment houses and the territory adjoining to them.

2. Requirements of these Sanitary standards and rules extend to the projectible, under construction, reconstructed and operated apartment apartment houses, except for the apartment, one-apartment and blocked apartment houses, upgrade, reconstruction and which construction began before entry into force of these Sanitary standards and rules.

3. For the purposes of these Sanitary standards and rules the main terms and their determinations in the values established by the Code of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 2012 "The housing code of the Republic of Belarus" are used (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.09.2012, 2/1980), the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 8, 2/1892).

4. Inspections of condition of the apartment, blocked and single-family apartment houses and their house adjoining territories, apartments in the apartment and blocked apartment houses for recognition their not conforming to the health and technical requirements established for accommodation it is carried out according to the procedure, established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

5. These Sanitary standards and rules are obligatory for observance by state bodies, other organizations, physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs. Perpetrators bear responsibility according to legal acts of the Republic of Belarus for violation of these Sanitary standards and rules.

Chapter 2. Requirements to placement and territory of apartment houses

6. Apartment houses on the technical condition, structure, the area, arrangement and the equipment shall conform to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts (further - TNPA).

7. When designing apartment houses shall:

be observed hygienic requirements on restriction of radiation of the population at the expense of natural sources of ionizing radiation (to be considered degree of radonoopasnost and radioactive pollution on the site of building);

be provided the devices providing access and conditions of accommodation of disabled wheelchair invalids according to requirements of TNPA.

It is forbidden to provide placement of public toilets.

8. Placement in apartment houses is not allowed:

collection points for ware;

baths, saunas (except for saunas with infrared radiation and cryosaunas);

dry-cleaners and laundries (except places of acceptance and laundries of self-service with a productivity up to 75 kilograms of linen in change);

the automatic telephone exchanges with a total area more than 100 sq.m intended for installation of telephones to apartment houses;

funeral bureaus, shops selling ritual accessories;

discos;

sports and improving complexes with a total area more than 150 sq.m;

 shops with a total area more than 1000 sq.m;

hairdressing salons and workshops on repair of hours with a settlement area more than 300 sq.m;

workshops on repair of the household machinery and appliances, repair of footwear with a total area over 100 sq.m;

post offices with a total area more than 700 sq.m;
