2. Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide to social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic payment of means of pension accruals of the State accumulation pension fund according to the above rules of payment, the approved this resolution in the following procedure:

1) since the moment determined by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic - to heirs of the died insured person;

2) since January 1, 2013:

- to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who left or leaving on the permanent residence;

- to the working pensioners having the pension accruals considered in accumulated portion of the personal insurance account and exempted since January 1, 2012 from payment of insurance premiums in the State accumulation pension fund;

3) since January 1, 2013, but not earlier than from the date of emergence of pension entitlement on the national pension social insurance, - to the following categories of insured persons:

- excluded from forming of investment part of the state pension since January 1, 2012: to the men born before January 1, 1964 and the women born before January 1, 1969;

- retiring according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance";

- retired according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About provision of pensions of the military personnel".

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Rules of payment by Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic of means of pension accruals of the State accumulation pension fund" of October 24, 2012 No. 745;

9) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the sphere of the national social insurance" of October 19, 2023 No. 559;

10) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Rules of payment by Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic of means of pension accruals of the State accumulation pension fund" of October 24, 2012 No. 745" of June 24, 2024 No. 329.

4. Recommend to State-owned Mortgage Company open joint stock company to continue interaction with Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on implementation of this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The investment part of the state pension is granted and paid to the receivers having pension accruals in accumulated portion of the personal insurance account including:

1) to the pensioners receiving pension according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance";

2) to the persons having pension entitlement and who addressed for its appointment according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance";

3) to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who left or leaving on the permanent residence;

4) to heirs of the died insured person;

5) to the pensioners who retired according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About provision of pensions of the military personnel";
