This Law establishes the legal basis of regulation of the relations on forming and investment of means of the pension accruals intended for financing of investment part of the state pension on the national social insurance (further - investment part of the state pension), determines legal status, the rights, obligations and responsibility of subjects and participants of the relations by forming and investment of means of pension accruals, also establishes bases of state regulation, control and supervision in the field of forming and investment of means of pension accruals.
Legal relationship on forming and investment of means of the pension accruals intended for financing of investment part of the state pension are regulated by the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national social insurance", this Law, other laws governing the relations in the field of the national social insurance and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
