Based on the paragraph of the sixth of part one of Item 10 of the Regulations on state registration of subjects of the managing approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 1, and part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Approve:
The regulations on the automated information system "Interaction" (are applied);
2. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Belarusian SSR, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
paragraphs two both third Item 9, Items 14, 19 and 20, the paragraph third appendix Item 47 1, Items 1-3, 5, 7, 10–12, 18, 19, 21, 23, 24, 26, 28, 33, 35, 36, 38, 39, 44, 45, 47, 48, 51, 53, 54, 56, 58, 61, 64, 67, 69, 74, 76, 80, 81, 84 and 91 appendices 2 – since January 1, 2026;
other provisions of this resolution – after its official publication.

1. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2001 No. 1122 "About approval of the Regulations on discipline of aviation personnel of civil aviation of the Republic of Belarus":

in preamble to replace the word of "thirteenth" with the word of "twelfth";
in the Regulations on the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by this resolution:

3. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2004 No. 282 "About the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus":
in word preamble of "the paragraph of third" shall be replaced with words "paragraphs of the third and fourth";
add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Establish the list of the organizations subordinated to the State committee on science and technologies according to appendix (further if other is not established, – the subordinate organizations).";
add the resolution with appendix it (is applied);
in Regulations on the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
add item 4 with subitem 4.14-7 of the following content:
"4.14-7. establishes procedure for deposition of reports on research, developmental and experienced and technological works and scientific works for the purpose of realization of the right of the scientist to inform society on results of scientific activities if they are not the state secrets, the commercial or protected by the law other secret;";
to exclude the word "it" from subitem 5.9 of Item 5.

In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 9, 2005 No. 612 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for conducting investigation for the purpose of application of special protective, anti-dumping or countervailing measures and recognition voided resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 5, 2000 No. 800 and of June 26, 2002 No. 859":
to state the name and preamble in the following edition:
