Procedure for making of the customs transactions connected with cancellation of release of goods in case of temporary periodic customs declaring

1. The customs transactions connected with cancellation of release of goods in case of temporary periodic customs declaring are made by the official of the customs authority of the Russian Federation which made the decision on release of goods, data which are declared in the temporary declaration on goods submitted in the form of the electronic document or in document type on paper (further respectively - customs authority of release, EDT, DT on paper), if by results of the carried-out customs control the basis for cancellation of release of goods provided by part 31 of article 102 of the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 289-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" is revealed.

Concerning goods, data which are declared in EDT, the customs transactions connected with cancellation of release of goods in case of temporary periodic customs declaring are made with use or by means of the Single automated information system of customs authorities (further - EAIS THAT).

2. The decision of customs authority on cancellation of release of goods is made by the official of customs authority of release by means of modification (amendments) of entries (mark) in columns of the temporary declaration on goods according to Item 26 of the Procedure for modification (amendments) of the data declared in the declaration on goods, No. 289 approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 10, 2013 "On modification (amendments) of the data declared in the declaration on goods, and recognition voided some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission" <1> (further - the Procedure approved by the Solution No. 289), in time no later than ten working days after day of identification of the basis for cancellation of the release of goods specified in Item of 1 this Procedure.

about sequence numbers of goods in EDT on which the decision of customs authority on cancellation of release of goods is made;

about code of the decision of customs authority on cancellation of release of goods according to the qualifier of the decisions accepted by customs authorities, the approved Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378 "About the qualifiers used for filling of customs papers" <2>;
