1. Determine that purchases of services in the field of forestry (forestry and logging) (code 02.40.10 of the nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus of OKRB 007-2012 "Products qualifier by types of economic activity") at the expense of own means between the public forestry and landscape institutions subordinated to the Ministry of forestry can be performed using procurement procedure from one source.
2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. in appendix 3-2 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229 "About enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means":

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
Action of Item 1 of this resolution extends to the relations which arose since April 1, 2025.
