About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Republic of Belarus
Based on part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Determine that:
1.1. confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Republic of Belarus is availability of one of the following documents:
the appraisal certificate about compliance to the made industrial output to requirements imposed for the purpose of its reference to products made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix;
the certificate of origin of the CT-1, form issued according to the criteria of determination of the country of goods' origin provided by the Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin which are integral part of the Agreement on Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin in the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 20, 2009, in case of lack of the made industrial output in appendix;
1.2. information on products conforming to the requirements determined in appendix and her producers joins in the register of industrial output of the Republic of Belarus;
1.3. issue of the documents specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item, inclusion in the register of industrial output of the Republic of Belarus are performed by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the unitary enterprises created by it based on the service provision agreement signed with the producer of products;
1.4. the documents on production confirmation specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item, issued by authorized bodies of other State Parties of the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999 for the purpose of confirmation of conformity of components – materials (raw materials) and component parts (details, nodes, aggregates), and also production and technological operations to requirements to products determined in appendix are equated in the status to the documents on production issued by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and meet the specified requirements.
Part one of this subitem is not applied to the products (components) determined in appendix classified by codes of the nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus OKRB 007-2012 "Products qualifier by types of economic activity":
from 27.11.50 "Frequency converter lift";
from 27.12.31.300 of "System of numerical control";
from 27.12.31.500 "Management systems elevator" 1;
from 27.32.1 "Cable lift suspended (mine)";

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2016 No. 402 "About determination of criteria of reference of industrial output to products made in the Republic of Belarus".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of this resolution which is becoming effective since June 1, 2022.
