Some questions of optimization of system of the central executive bodies

For the purpose of optimization of system of the central executive bodies and according to Items 9 and 9-1 of article 116 of the Constitution of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Rename the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine into the Ministry of social policy, family and unity of Ukraine.

2. Reorganize the Ministry of national unity by accession to the Ministry of social policy, family and unity.

3. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Ministry of social policy, family and unity of Ukraine.

4. Determine that:

The ministry of national unity which stops in connection therewith the resolution continues to perform functions and powers in certain spheres before completion of implementation of actions for accession to the Ministry of social policy, family and unity to which functions and powers of the Ministry of national unity are transferred;

The ministry of social policy, family and unity is legal successor of property, the rights and obligations of the reorganized Ministry of national unity.

5. Make the enclosed changes to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers.

6. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

7. To the ministry of social policy, family and unity to develop and introduce to ten-day time in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning formation of the commission on reorganization of the Ministry of national unity.

8. According to part six of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to transfer to the Ministry of social policy (The ministry of social policy, family and unity) the budget settings provided in 2025 to the Ministry of national unity namely:

3901010 "Management and management concerning reintegration of temporarily occupied territories" in the amount 83024, one thousand hryvnias on the general fund of the government budget (consumption expenses, from them compensation - 59418, 6 thousand hryvnias, utilities and energy carriers - 1617 thousand hryvnias) on 2501010 "Management and management in the sphere of social policy";

3901080 "Ensuring information sovereignty of Ukraine in temporarily occupied territory, and also the territories adjoining to it, informing the population on dangers of explosive objects" in the amount 56421, 9 thousand hryvnias on the general fund of the government budget (consumption expenses) on the new budget program;

3901150 "Ensuring accomplishment of tasks and actions for support of Ukrainians abroad and assistance to their return to Ukraine" in the amount 150028, 7 thousand hryvnias on the general fund of the government budget, from them consumption expenses - 142688, 7 thousand hryvnias, development expenses - 7340 thousand hryvnias on the new budget program.

9. Provide:

To the ministry of finance determinations of codes and of the offer of the Ministry of social policy, family and unity of names of new budget programs to which budget settings, stipulated in Item 8 these resolutions, and entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget are transferred;

To the public treasurer service - transfer of budgetary funds according to the transferred budget settings.
