Based on part (2-1) articles 7 of the Law No. 45/2007 on the prevention and suppression of violence in family (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 55-56, 178), with subsequent changes, article 18 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and Items b) and e) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Found the National agency according to the prevention and suppression of violence against women and violence in family as the central administrative authority subordinated to the Government.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency according to the prevention and suppression of violence against women and violence in family according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Organizational structure of the National agency according to the prevention and suppression of violence against women and violence in family according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm of the National agency according to the prevention and suppression of violence against women and violence in family according to appendix No. 3;

4) Changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 4.

3. Establish the extreme number of staff of the National agency according to the prevention and suppression of violence against women and violence in family in number of 22 units with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

4. To the bodies of the central branch public management equipped with functions according to the prevention and suppression of violence against women and violence in family in 3-month time to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 129/2010 about approval of the Standard regulations on the organization and functioning of the centers of recovery of victims of violence in family (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 30-31, 176) to make the following changes:

1) in Item 3 of the resolution:

a) to "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" shall be replaced with words the text to "Ministry of Labour and Social Protection";

b) add with the text", with informing the National agency according to the prevention and suppression of violence against women and violence in family in accordance with the established procedure";

2) in the Standard provision:

a) in Item 7:
