About some questions of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Service on anti-corruption of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Reorganize republican public institutions according to appendix 1 to this Decree.

3. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 1996 No. 2922 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in Regulations on the Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

"210) development and approval of rules of activities of the housing commissions and work of information system of bodies of homeland security;

211) development and approval of rules of implementation of housing employee benefits and to the serviceman of the operating reserve, the regular secret employee of bodies of homeland security;";

add with subitem 211-1) of the following content:

"211-1) development and approval of the list of the closed and isolated military camps, other closed objects, content of office dwellings and in which centralized heating are provided at the expense of budgetary funds and also in which the office dwelling is not subject to privatization;";

2) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 22, 2019 No. 74 "About some questions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-corruption service)":

4. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.

Regulations on Service on anti-corruption of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The service on anti-corruption of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Service) is the department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - KNB) performing identification, suppression, disclosure and investigation of corruption offenses.

2. The service performs the activities according to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts and international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also this Provision.
