1. Reorganize the public organization "National Center of Researches and Production of Seeds" (accepting the legal entity) by merging (accession) with the state company "Experimental and Technological Station "Pascani"" (the joining legal entity).

2. The rights and obligations of the state company "Experimental and Technological Station "Pascani"" (the joining legal entity) completely pass to public organization "National Center of Researches and Production of Seeds" (the accepting legal entity).

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry together with the Agency of public property and the reorganized legal entities within 30 working days from the effective date this resolution:

1) to create the commission on reorganization and to provide process of reorganization according to the regulatory base;

To provide 2) by means of the commission on reorganization transfer of assets of the joining legal entity to the accepting legal entity according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

4. In case of impossibility of its translation to perform release of personnel in connection with reorganization of the state company "Experimental and Technological Station "Pascani"" by consolidation (accession) according to the labor law. To perform the expenses connected with release of personnel of the joining legal entity for the account and within financial resources of the reorganized legal entities.

5. To state Item 19 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 791/2023 on public organization "National Center of Researches and Production of Seeds" and modification of some orders of the Government in the following edition:

"19. The administrative board is created of three representatives of the founder, one representative of the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization and one representative of the Agency of public property.".

6. In appendix No. 4 to the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 902/2017 (2017, Art. No. 390-395, 1011), with subsequent changes, line item "GP "The Experimental and Technological Station "Pascani", Kriulen (in Production on Cases on the Announcement of Insolvency since February 24, 2015)" exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
