To the ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry within realization of pilot project to ensure information security and personal data protection according to requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About informatization", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About personal data and their protection", the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 20, 2016 No. 832 "About approval of Single requirements in the field of information and communication technologies and ensuring information security" and the order of the Acting Minister of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 123 "About approval of Rules of integration of objects of informatization of "the electronic government"

4. To National Information Technologies joint-stock company:

1) to take measures for placement on the portal of the electronic government e-gov.kz of the page for provision of service by means of pilot project taking into account the formatno-logical control fixed in amendment to the technical specification of the agreement on realization of integration of information system "Web portal" of the electronic government" the Ministries of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan with application software "The registration Item "Documentation and Registration of the Population" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan by means of lock of "the electronic government" of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purpose of rendering the state service "Issue of passports and identity certificates of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan through "Web portal" of the electronic government" with ensuring logging of actions of the user;

To provide to committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan within five working days from the date of approval of this joint order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

7. This joint order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication and is effective till March 31, 2026.
