About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on part two of Item 8 of Article 57, of Item 1 of Article 208, No. 125-Z "About physical culture and sport" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 1 and part four of Item 3 of article 255 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education, part one of Item 6-1 of Article 35 and part one of Item 9 of article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2014

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. of July 29, 2006 the words "Public Institution of Education " Republican Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of Employees of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus ", Minsk." to exclude No. 959 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" from appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;

1.2. in appendices 1 and 2 to the Regulations on order of interaction of organizers of official sports and mass actions and official sports competitions to state bodies (organizations) approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2018 No. 594, of the word "regional" and "city" to replace respectively with the words "regional Minsk)" and "city, except for Minsk";

1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2022 No. 574 "About questions of the organization of educational process":

1.3.3. in Regulations on the life-long professional education of leading employees and specialists approved by this resolution:

1.3.5. in Regulations of Admission of faces for receipt of profound higher education approved by this resolution:

third of item 4 to add part with the offer of the following content: "The selection committee of UVO can make the decision on participation in tender on receipt of profound higher education of the foreign citizen or stateless person in the absence of the corresponding profile of education, the direction of education, group of specialties, specialties of the educational program of bachelor degree or the continuous educational program of the higher education of OKRB 011-2022 in appendix 1.";

in Item 13:

third parts one to add the paragraph with words ", except the education documents issued in foreign states with which the international agreements of the Republic of Belarus providing mutual recognition of education documents are signed";

to exclude from part four of the word "in absentia education";

third of Item 16 to state part in the following edition:

1.3.6. in Item 12 of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the specialties necessary for the Republic of Belarus on preparation in which Republic of Belarus is not performed, and also about procedure for the direction of citizens for training of scientists of the top skills, specialists with the higher education in the foreign organizations at the expense of means of the republican budget for these specialties, compensation of the means spent for training of scientists of the top skills, specialists with the higher education in the foreign organizations, approved by this resolution of the word "other state organizations" shall be replaced with words "other organizations";

1.3.7. in paragraph four of part one of Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for the direction of persons receiving scientific the oriented, higher education in the Republic of Belarus in day form of education at the expense of means of the republican budget, for the training in the foreign organizations approved by this resolution words in "other state organizations" shall be replaced with words to "other organizations".

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2019 No. 383 "About approval of the number of staff".

3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

subitem 1. 1, paragraphs the second or fifth subitem 1.3.3 of Item 1, Item 2 – since July 1, 2024;

other provisions of this resolution – after its official publication.
