About modification of some presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of enhancement of activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Register of the state and municipal positions of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 31, 2017 No. 17 the following change:
in the Register of the state and municipal positions of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:
- the ninth Chapter 1 of the Section I to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The chief of staff of Jogorku Kenesh, the deputy manager of Presidential Administration - the head of department, the head of department of Presidential Administration".
2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 8, 2023 No. 336 the following changes:
The structure of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree to state 1) in edition according to appendix 1 to this Decree;
To bring 2) in the number of staff of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree, changes according to appendix 2 to this Decree.
3. Declare invalid the subitem 1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 16, 2024 No. 264.
4. To the head of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to take the adequate measures following from this Decree.
