About some questions of activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Approve:

1) structure of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the number of staff of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that since January 1, 2024 the tasks which are earlier assigned to the special representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning recovery and development of border villages of Batken Province are implemented by the office of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Province of the Kyrgyz Republic within the assigned functions and powers.

3. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Register of the state and municipal positions of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 31, 2017 No. 17 the following change:

in the Register of the state and municipal positions of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:

- in Chapter 1 "Political state positions" of the Section I:

5. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure and the number of staff of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 22, 2023 No. 34 the following change:

- declare Item 1 invalid.

6. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the announcement of the period of 2023-2027 the Fifth anniversary of actions for development of mountain regions" of September 15, 2023 No. 237 the following change:

- declare Item 5 invalid.

7. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure and the number of staff of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 22, 2023 No. 34" of September 15, 2023 No. 236.

8. To the chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic - to the Head of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic till December 31, 2023:

1) to approve regulations on the relevant structural divisions of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) to take other measures following from this Decree.

9. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
