About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" concerning change of names of local general courts

Due to the need of reduction of the normative legal basis of functioning of local general courts in compliance with the laws of Ukraine "About condemnation communistic and national socialist (Nazi) the totalitarian modes in Ukraine also you will lock promotion of their symbolics", "About condemnation and you will lock promotion of the Russian imperial policy in Ukraine and decolonization of toponymy", "About ensuring functioning of Ukrainian as state", "About assignment to legal entities and objects of the property right of names (pseudonyms) of physical persons, anniversary and festive dates, names and dates of historical events" the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, Art. 545 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. To add Item 3-1 of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) to change the name of local general courts which list is determined by appendix to this Law. Change of the name of local general court will not lead to its reorganization or liquidation or formation of new court".

2. Add with appendix of the following content:

"Appendix

to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" of June 2, 2016 No. 1402-VIII

The list of the local general courts which are renamed

Change the name of such local general courts:

1) in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea:

The Kirov district court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on Islyamteretsky district court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea;
