The legislation of Ukraine which regulates questions of assignment to legal entities and objects of the property right of names of physical persons, anniversary and festive dates, names and dates of historical events is based on the Constitution of Ukraine and consists of the Civil code of Ukraine, this Law and other regulatory legal acts.

Names of physical persons, anniversary and festive dates, names and dates of historical events are appropriated to legal entities and objects of the property right only after carrying out public discussion and with the consent of the corresponding labor collective.
