considering recognition by the Law of Ukraine "About the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine" the Holodomor of 1932-1933 genocide of the Ukrainian people, condemnation of the criminal acts of totalitarian regime of the USSR directed to the organization of the Holodomor which consequence destruction of millions of people, destruction of social bases of the Ukrainian people and its age traditions, spiritual culture and ethnic originality, and also establishment by the resolution of Appeal Court of the city of Kiev of the fact of participation of the top management of the USSR, USSR and the Communist Party to the organization of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine turned out to be on January 13, 2010

adopts this Law which condemns communistic and national socialist (Nazi) the totalitarian modes in Ukraine, determines the legal basis of prohibition of promotion of their symbolics and establishes procedure for liquidation of symbols of communist totalitarian regime.
1. In this Law the terms below are used in such value:
1) Communist Party - The Russian social democratic Labour Party (Bolsheviks) (RSDRP (b), the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) (RCP(b), the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks) (the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks), the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU), the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine (KP(b)U), the Communist Party of Ukraine (CPU), communist parties of the federal republics which were part of the USSR, and also their cell in Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republics, edges, areas, autonomous regions, autonomous areas, cities of republican subordination and local cells;
