1. Approve the enclosed Rules and operating conditions of paid highways and bridge crossings public of the international and republican value.

2. To committee of highways of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Pshembayev M. K.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printed publicity materials and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules and operating conditions of paid highways and bridge crossings public of the international and republican value

1. General provisions

1. These rules and operating conditions of paid highways and bridge crossings public of the international and republican value (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 33) of Item 2 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About highways" (further - the Law) and determine procedure and operating conditions of the paid highways and bridge crossings public of the international and republican value in the Republic of Kazakhstan transferred to the National operator on management of highways or the concessionary.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) users highways - physical persons and legal entities, being participants of traffic or performing other activities within right of way of highways and roadside strip;
