About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2019 No. 32
Based on Item 9 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2019 No. 27 "About compensation of employees of state-financed organizations" and subitem 5.5 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2017 No. 40, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in subitem 3.2 of Item 3 of the Instruction on the sizes and procedure stimulating and compensating payments to employees of the state-financed organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Culture and the state-financed organizations subordinated to local executive and administrative organs and relating to the field of activity of the Ministry of Culture approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2019 No. 32, the following changes:
the fifth to state part in the following edition:
"To the head of state-financed organization of the sphere of culture for the purpose of stimulation of the work which is carried out according to subitem 4-1.1 of Item 4-1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2019 No. 27, the established allowance size for high professional and creative achievements in work, complexity and intensity of work can increase in addition percentage of the head's salary depending on quantity of established posts by professions of workers (positions of employees), accomplishment of subsidiary labor duties by which will be assigned to other workers, within the salary fund on the number of workers determined according to the legislation, standard (approximate) states and standard rates of number, but not approved in the staff list:
to 3 established posts inclusive - to 10 percent inclusive;
over 3 to 5 established posts inclusive - to 20 percent inclusive;
over 5 to 10 established posts inclusive - to 30 percent inclusive;
