About compensation of workers in the sphere of culture

Based on the paragraph of the fourth Item 8 and Item 9 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2019 "About compensation of employees of state-financed organizations" the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 27

1. Establish:

1.1. on positions of the serving cultural workers of state-financed organizations * irrespective of their departmental subordination:

job grades according to appendices 1-13;

The 8th job grade on positions of the manager of library and the manager of the club which is not provided by appendices 3 and 5;

the stimulating payment – the allowance for special achievements in the sphere of culture:

to employees of the cultural and educational organizations having the status "national", the theatrical and spectacular organizations and professional collectives of art creativity having the statuses "national" or "academic" or rank "Honored Collective of the Republic of Belarus" – in the amount of 10 percent of base rate;

to heads of the nonprofessional (amateur) collectives of art creativity having rank "Honored Amateur Collective of the Republic of Belarus" – in the amount of 10 percent of base rate;

to workers from among the graduates who graduated, included in databanks of gifted and talented youth to which the place of employment is provided by distribution (redistribution), employment on account of armor, job placement (redirection for work) in state-financed organizations, during the term of obligatory work – in the amount of 40 percent from salary. In case of employment of graduates in state-financed organizations before date of issue of the certificate on job placement (in case of distribution (job placement) the specified allowance is established during the term of obligatory work from date of issue of the certificate on job placement (in case of distribution (job placement);

The 6th job grade on position of the master of national art crafts having the status of the national master;

1.2. the list stimulating and and the state-financed organizations subordinated to local executive and administrative organs and relating to the field of activity of the Ministry of Culture compensating payments to employees of the state-financed organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Culture according to appendix 14.

2. Determine that:

the number of users of library is determined annually (as of January 1 of the current year) as the number of the users who were directly visiting library;

annual revenue from demonstration of movies is determined by results of work for prior year according to the financial reporting.

3. Approve the Instruction about the sizes and procedure stimulating and compensating payments to employees of the state-financed organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Culture, and the state-financed organizations subordinated to local executive and administrative organs and relating to field of activity of the Ministry of Culture it (is applied).

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
