Questions of the Ministry of Culture

Based on paragraphs of the third and fourth of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z

1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Culture it (is applied).

1-1. Determine:

the list of the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Culture according to appendix 1;

the list of economic societies which stocks are owned by the Republic of Belarus and are transferred to the control to the Ministry of Culture, according to appendix 2.

2. Consider necessary to have in the Ministry of Culture board in number of 11 people.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 3.

4. This resolution becomes effective since February 3, 2017.
