1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2021-2025" of September 30, 2021 No. 192 the following changes:
in Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2021-2025 approved by the above-stated resolution:
in appendix 2-1 to Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2021-2025:
- state the name in the following edition:
"Limit of rate for electric power producers, developed with use of renewable energy resources";
- in Items 1, 2 notes the word "Rate" shall be replaced with words "Limit of rate".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
