About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2025-2030
For the purpose of reliable and regular electric utility service of consumers of electrical energy in the conditions of deficit, and also ensuring expense recovery of the electrosupplying organizations, according to article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power", being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2025-2030 according to appendix.
2. To Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to approve rates for electrical energy for all customer groups.
1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2021-2025" of September 30, 2021 No. 192;

3) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2021-2025" of September 30, 2021 No. 192" of December 23, 2021 No. 328;
4) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2021-2025" of September 30, 2021 No. 192" of April 8, 2022 No. 198;

12) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2021-2025" of September 30, 2021 No. 192" of December 10, 2024 No. 752.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since May 1, 2025.
