Based on paragraph two of subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 128-Z "About state regulation of trade and public catering", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2020 No. 74 "About inventories" the following changes:
in appendix 1 to this resolution:
to state the note 3 to this appendix in the following edition:
"3. The quantity of kinds of goods is provided at the expense of the goods of national production and goods coming from other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, except as specified, when according to this appendix ensuring quantity of versions including taking into account the goods made outside state members of the Eurasian Economic Union is allowed. In case of the offer to sales of goods of national production and the goods coming from other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, the compulsory provision is equal representation of such goods in the shopping facility.";
to state the interlinear note "4" to this appendix in the following edition:
"4 For potatoes, carrots, dining room beet: August-May, white cabbage: August-April, onion, apples: September-April, cucumbers: March-October, tomatoes: May-October.";
