15. To add Item 25.15 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548, with subitem 25.15.40 of the following content:

other provisions of this resolution – after its official publication.
This resolution is effective within six months after its official publication, except for Items 15 and 16.

object concerning which ministerial procedure is performed is the flax fiber occurring from the territory of the Republic of Belarus and which is taken out out of limits of the Republic of Belarus to the state members of EEU and state which are not state members of EEU in case of its room under customs procedure of export;
the additional bases for refusal in implementation of ministerial procedure to specified in article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures" are determined in Item 7 of the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approving these regulations;
appeal of the executive decision is performed judicially.
