Based on part three of Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for assignment of the State quality label approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2024 No. 224, and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for evaluating products on indicator of technological effectiveness it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for carrying out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (further – Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production) estimates of products made by legal entities of the Republic of Belarus (further – products) provided on assignment of the State quality label (further – products assessment), by technological effectiveness indicator (labor input, materials consumption, power consumption of production of unit of production, progressiveness of methods of processing and assembly, the used raw materials, the equipment and the applied technologies depending on type of the estimated products) (further – technological effectiveness).
2. Action of this Instruction extends to products corresponding to the fields of activity specified in subitem 3.1 of Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867.
3. For evaluating products on technological effectiveness indicator Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production creates the commission according to products on technological effectiveness indicator (further – the commission).
The structure of the commission and procedure for its work affirm the order of the Minister of Agriculture and Food.
4. The commission based on the documents submitted by the State committee on standardization (further – Gosstandart), carries out products assessment on technological effectiveness indicator according to criteria and indicators according to appendix 1.
5. Following the results of assessment the commission no later than August 1 prepares the conclusion about compliance (discrepancy) of products on technological effectiveness indicator in form according to appendix 2, on what notifies Gosstandart.
