1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2022 No. 10 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 10.2.1 "Receipt of the license for implementation of educational activities", approved by this resolution:
to state subitem 1.4.6 of Item 1 in the following edition:
"1.4.6. appeal of the executive decision is performed judicially.";
exclude Item 5;
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 10.2.2 "Change of the license for implementation of educational activities", approved by this resolution:
to state subitem 1.4.6 of Item 1 in the following edition:
"1.4.6. appeal of the executive decision is performed judicially.";
exclude Item 5.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
