1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 11, 2006 No. 23 "About establishment of the unified document forms concerning state registration and liquidation (the activities termination) of subjects of managing":

1.1.1. in preamble of the word "On the Basis" shall be replaced with words "Based on Item 1 part two paragraph two";

1.1.2. in appendix to this resolution:

in the text of appendix the word "positions" shall be replaced with words "the employee's positions";

in forms 6 and 7 of the word "the court considering economic cases" shall be replaced with words "economic court";

to exclude from form 12 of the word "and to subject";

1.2. in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 2009 No. 8 "About implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 1":

1.2.1. add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

1.2.2. in the text of appendices to this resolution of the word "the court considering economic cases" shall be replaced with words "economic court" in the corresponding case;
