According to part four of article 44 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", Items 9, 10 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 23, 2014 No. 280, the Regulations on the Single state web portal of electronic services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2019 No. 1137 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 16, 2022 No. 937), the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for registration, production and issue of the documents confirming appointment to person of pension, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 3, 2017 No. 26-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 04, 2017 at No. 1464/31332, which are applied.
2. To department concerning digital development, digital transformations and digitalization (V.'s spear) together with Legal department (Ryabtseva of t.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
