About change of the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2016 No. 84

Based on subitem 1.14 of Item 1 of Article 12 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus, subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298, the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Rules of branch and valuation of cutting areas in the woods of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2016 No. 84, the following changes:

to exclude from Item 6 of the word "Republic of Belarus";

from Item 7 of the word", selective sanitary cabins" to exclude;

the fourth parts one of Item 11 to exclude the paragraph;

the third and fourth to state paragraphs to part one of Item 18 in the following edition:

"on number of the trees appointed to the cabin (when carrying out gradual and selective cabins of the main use, cabins of updating, cabins of forming (reorganization) of forest plantings, selective sanitary cabins, cabins of the trees preventing passing of the forest equipment in case of removal of wood from cutting areas on the developed forest network, cabins of trees, being intermediate owners of wreckers and diseases of the woods, behind borders existing and projectible forest nurseries and forest seed plantations, cabins of the trees left on cutting area for the purpose of reproduction of the woods (seed trees), cabins of trees for top-dressing of wild animals, cabins dangerous concerning highways, railway tracks public, aerial communication lines and electricity transmission of trees, cabins of trees, posing hazard to life of citizens, the cabins of the wood which are carried out during removal of obstacles in the form of forest plantings and (or) separate trees the flights of aircrafts posing threat for safety; cabins of single trees on forest lands, cabins of single trees in borderland and border area, cabins of trees when carrying out research, search, geodetic works);

by amount of the prepared wood (when carrying out cabins of care of the woods (clarification, clearing, thinning, cabins through passage), cabins of reconstruction, continuous sanitary cabins (in case of development of windbreak, windfall, snow breaker, snowbreakage, the burned forests which are drying out, the dried-out forest plantings, and also forest plantings damaged by wreckers), cabins of invaluable forest plantings for procurement of wood in the fuel and energy and technological purposes, cleaning of clutter, cabins of care of undergrowth, cabins of underbrush and (or) bush, cabins of the wood which are carried out during the laying of quarter glades, creation of fire-proof gaps and their content, splitting of sidings to cutting area, the cabins which are carried out for the purpose of carrying out preparatory work, cabins of plantatsionny forest cultures, cabins of strips of the growing coniferous plantings in interfocal space and on edges of the drying-out coniferous plantings, cabins of trees on forest seed plantations cabins of the wood when clearing from forest plantings of sites of forest fund for construction and content of forest nurseries, forest seed plantations, selection and genetic objects, roads, engineering communications, other linear constructions, geological studying of subsoil, splitting of shooting lines, the cabins of the wood held when holding events for prevention of overgrowing of open swamps by wood and shrubby vegetation, cabins of trees and bushes for care of the plants relating to the types included in the Red List of the Republic of Belarus or protected according to international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, and (or) their parts; cabins of the wood, events for preserving and recovery (reintroduction) of populations of the wild animals and wild-growing plants relating to the types included in the Red List of the Republic of Belarus or protected according to international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, and (or) their parts, cabins of trees and bushes of invasive types, cabins of trees in case of withdrawal of cutting areas, laying of trial squares, forest management, carrying out forest pathological monitoring, implementation of radiation control in the woods, cabins of trees in case of suppression of wildfires, repair and reconstruction of forestry and landscape roads, meliorative systems held when carrying out).";

the second Item 19 to add part with offers of the following content: "Inspection statements of accuracy of valuation in case of forest management are drawn up in duplicate and are subject to accounting and storage: the first copy – in the corresponding case of the legal entity conducting forestry, the second copy – in structural division of the legal entity conducting forestry (forest area) together with materials of branch and valuation of cutting areas. Data on inspection statements of accuracy of valuation in case of forest management for date of their filling are registered registration of inspection statements of accuracy of valuation in case of forest management.";

appendix 1 to these Rules to be reworded as follows (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
