Regulations on the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus

1. The ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus (Minleskhoz) is republican state body and submits to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Minleskhoz in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, other acts of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and this Provision.

3. The main objectives of Minleskhoz are:

4. Minleskhoz according to the main objectives assigned to him:
