1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2022 No. 10 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. the paragraph the fifth subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 10.1.1 "The state accreditation of organization of education, other organization which according to the legislation is granted the right to perform educational activities, on compliance to the declared type (on each specialty, education profile, the direction of education)", approved by this resolution to exclude;
1.2. the paragraph the fifth subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 10.1.2 "Confirmation of the state accreditation of organization of education, other organization which according to the legislation is granted the right to perform educational activities, on compliance to the declared type (in the specialty, to education profile, the direction of education)", approved by this resolution to exclude.
