About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of confirmation of conformity of products and accreditation of conformity assessment bodies

For the purpose of further taking measures to harmonization of the national legal system with the regulatory legal base of the Eurasian economic commission, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About accreditation of conformity assessment bodies in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 16, 2006 No. 795 the following changes:

- add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:

"-Regulations on procedure and the bases of acceptance by national authority on accreditation of decisions on inclusion/exception of accredited bodies on assessment of conformity in national part of the unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union.";

- add with appendix in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory confirmation of conformity of products in the form of adoption of the declaration of conformity" of January 28, 2019 No. 20 the following changes:

Item 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. Determine that registration of declarations of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union) of single form is performed by authorized bodies within competence.";
