For the purpose of harmonization of the legislation with the regulatory legal base of the Eurasian economic commission and implementation of article 25 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine that obligatory confirmation of conformity of products in the form of adoption of the declaration of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic is performed according to the procedures of evaluating compliance established in technical regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic in the declaration form of compliance.

2. Determine that obligatory confirmation of conformity of products in the form of adoption of the declaration of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union) of single form is performed according to the procedures of evaluating compliance established in technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union) in the declaration form of compliance.

4. Determine that registration of declarations of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union) of single form is performed by authorized bodies within competence.

Determine that registration of declarations of conformity of technical means of communication to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union) of single form is performed by the accredited state body on certification included in the Unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union according to area of accreditation.
