According to the Law of Ukraine of April 4, 1996 No. 123/96-BP "About medicines", Regulations on control of compliance of the immunobiological medicines applied in medical practice, to requirements of the state and international standards, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of January 15, 1996 No. 73, of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90) for the purpose of further enhancement of standardization and quality control of immunobiological medicines, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure of control of compliance of the immunobiological medicines applied in medical practice, to requirements of the state and international standards, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the order of October 01, 2014 No. 698, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 29, 2014 at No. 1356/26133, which are applied.
2. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Taras Lyaskovsky):
1) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after implementation of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
