For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 2, 2021 No. UP-6240 "About Cardinal Enhancement of Public Administration in the field of Technical Regulation" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 2, 2021 No. PP-5133 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Uzbek agency on technical regulation under the Ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Approve:
a) Regulations on the Uzbek agency on technical regulation under the Ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency) according to appendix No. 1 *;
b) Regulations on Department of the state control in the field of technical regulation, standardization, certification and metrology of the Uzbek agency on technical regulation (further - Department) according to appendix No. 2*.
2. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 12, 1994 No. 410 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan":

a) in paragraph four of Item 7 of the word "accredited by bodies of the Uzstandart Agency shall be replaced with words "having the approved technical qualification";
