About measures for streamlining of assignments of means in off-budget funds of the ministries, state committees and departments
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 22, 2009 No. PP-1245 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2010" and for the purpose of streamlining of assignments of means in off-budget funds of the ministries, state committees and departments, decides increases in efficiency of their use, increase in receipts in the government budget Cabinet of Ministers:
1. Establish since April 1, 2010 the amount of assignments from the state fees, charges and non-tax payments, administrative and financial sanctions sent to off-budget funds of the ministries, state committees and departments according to appendix No. 1.
2. Liquidate Fund of price regulation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the direction of remaining balance of means in the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Determine that means of the liquidated Fund of support of entrepreneurship and restructuring of the companies for the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on demonopolization, support of the competition and entrepreneurship of the Republic of Uzbekistan go to the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Make changes since April 1, 2010, and also recognize as No. No. 2 and 3 which voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendices.
5. In a month to provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Justice, other interested ministries and departments reduction of departmental regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.
